Scholarship Fund

We believe finances should never be a barrier to community. A scholarship fund is available; contact the registrar for information.

Our scholarship fund is supported by community donations. Every family deserves access to play-based learning, regardless of financial situation.

When Are Dues Due?

Dues are due by the end of Week 3 of scheduled playgroup.

Your first visit is free. Dues are paid after you decide to join and are due by Week 3.

Joining Mid-Semester?

If you join after the semester has started, dues are pro-rated and due within 7 days of joining (or by your next playgroup day if that's sooner). If that timing is hard, email the registrar and we'll work with you.

Prorating & Refunds

Pro-rated dues are calculated based on remaining weeks in the semester.

  • Prior to Week 3: Full refund.
  • Week 3 to Week 4: 50% refund.
  • After Week 4: No refund.

In the event of unusual circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the Program Coordinators (Co-Pros).
